While driving, Mr. H. was asked to stop by Hao and a man named Son (unknown identity) on a motorbike with license plate 29E-632.85.
Because he did not know the man, he did not stop and continued driving. When Mr. H. had moved a short distance, two young men kicked the back door of the car.
Not stopping there, after following Mr. H. to house number 322 Ton Dan street, Hao and Son suddenly blocked the car and asked Mr. H. to get out of the car. When Mr. H. refused to get out of the car, two young men on the side of the road used wooden sticks to hit the car windshield several times before leaving.
Receiving the victim's report, Cam Le District Police quickly investigated and arrested Chu Anh Hao.
During the initial struggle, Hao confessed that he chased and smashed Mr. H's car because he failed to overtake it. Currently, Cam Le District Police are continuing to investigate the incident and are calling on the remaining suspect to surrender.
