Implementing the plan and assignment of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Agencies, since 2016, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Party Cell has been responsible for helping Quy Chinh 1 hamlet build a Party cell and develop Party members.
Quy Chinh 1 Hamlet is a Catholic hamlet with 174 households, with good economic conditions with the profession of making vermicelli, cakes, and rice noodles, recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a craft village in 2005. In the village, this is the main profession, bringing stable income to the people.
Currently, Quy Chinh 1 hamlet has 2 party members, and must increase party members to meet the requirements for having a party cell. Realizing the risk of no longer having a party cell in this hamlet, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Party Cell, since being assigned, has gradually approached and supported movements in hamlets, while also training and discovering factors to introduce sources for Party admission.
At the meetings, the Party Cell created connections with the hamlet's mass organizations; collected donations and mobilized businesses to sponsor TVs and gifts; coordinated with Nam Dan district and Van Dien commune to support and help the hamlet build public cultural works...
Building a Party organization is determined to be a long-term task that requires perseverance and persistence, so the Party Cell has proposed appropriate methods, focusing on organizing cultural and sports activities to strengthen mass organizations, thereby discovering, nurturing and educating outstanding union members to introduce to the Party for consideration of admission.
On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department presented Quy Chinh hamlet with a set of bookshelves and 120 books with diverse content to meet the needs of improving knowledge and spiritual life for local people.
