Details of technical infrastructure items west of Binh Minh Street will be invested in and renovated by Cua Lo Town

There are 11 technical infrastructure works that the People's Committee of Cua Lo town plans to invest in and renovate from the fourth quarter of 2022 to the first quarter of 2023, including: Renovation and upgrading of the town stadium; Lighting system for crossroad No. 10 (from Binh Minh street to Nguyen Hue street; Lighting system for Binh Minh street (phase 3) from Nguyen Xi street to Cua Lo port with a length of 1,100m; Sidewalks, lighting for crossroad No. 9 - Nguyen Duy Trinh with a length of 650m, sidewalk width of 8m (from Binh Minh street to Nguyen Hue street).

Sidewalk, lighting system of crossroad No. 9 - Nguyen Thuc Duong with length of 310m, sidewalk width of 5m (from Binh Minh street to Mai Thuc Loan street). Sidewalk system, lighting system of road 11A - Hoang Van Tam, with length of 620m, sidewalk width of 6m (from Binh Minh street to Nguyen Hue street). Sidewalk system, lighting system of road 11B - Dang Thai Thuyen, with length of 310m, sidewalk width of 6m (from Binh Minh street to Mai Thuc Loan street).

The sidewalk and drainage system of Mai Thuc Loan Street (from Sao Nam Street to Crossroad No. 5) is 570m long and 8m wide. The sidewalk and drainage system of Crossroad No. 13 (from Binh Minh Street to Nguyen Hue Street) is 610m long and 8m wide. The sidewalk of Ba Lua Street is 360m long and 12m wide and 3m wide. The sidewalk of Nguyen Su Hoi Street is 1,400m long and 4m wide.

Also during this time, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town will use the budget to renovate, paint lines, and light the area outside the town's stadium (7,200 m²) make parking lots; paint lines and install signs on 7 routes (Crossroads 19 and 20 are 600m long; Road II' is 500m long; Road III (from Nguyen Xi Street to Crossroad No. 14 is 3,000m long; Road No. 5 and No. 6 (from Road II'-III) are 350m long; Road 14 is 600m long) to make a place to stop and park vehicles.

Mobilizing social resources (according to the plan for organizations and individuals to invest in collecting fees) to invest in building parking lots on BMC vacant land (5,245 m²); 5 vacant land locations between Highway 19 and Highway 21 (65,381 m²); vacant land west of the headquarters of the Town Construction Investment Project Management Board (1,050 m²).

From 2023, Cua Lo Town People's Committee will also use the old Van Minh Bus Station (880 m^2);; Cua Lo II School yard (5,500 m²⁾; Continuing Education Center campus (1,000 m²); West sidewalk of Nguyen Hue street, from Sao Nam street to 14 street (15,400 m)²); Cua Lo Bus Station (2,300 m)²) to make a parking lot.

From the first quarter of 2023 and the third quarter of 2023, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town will implement the green tree project on the roads, including: replacing the green tree system on Sao Nam street (from Binh Minh street to Nguyen Hue street), 650m long; planting new trees on Mai Thuc Loan street (from Sao Nam street to crossroad No. 5), 570m long; planting new trees on crossroad No. 13 (from Binh Minh street to Nguyen Hue street), 610m long.

In addition, focus on implementing the phase 2 wastewater treatment project (currently being deployed from crossroad No. 12 to crossroad No. 23), planned to be put into operation by the end of 2023; review to connect with the remaining cases that have level 1 and level 2 pipes to the treatment system; have a plan to connect the wastewater system of kiosks and restaurants (newly built) to the wastewater treatment system.

From 2023 to 2025, the People's Committee of Cua Lo town plans to invest in implementing 15 technical infrastructure projects, including: Lighting, sidewalks on Duong Thanh street (south of Hanoi Hotel), from Nguyen Su Hoi street to Long street III, length 520m; width 15m, sidewalk width 4m; Sidewalks, lighting on Dinh Hong Phien street (south of the old Van Minh bus station), length 530m, width 15m, sidewalk width 3.5m; Sidewalks, lighting on 12A - Tay Son street (from 12th street to 13th street), length 280m, width 9m; Roads, ditches, lighting, sidewalks on Trinh Cong Son street (fishbone road between 13th street and 14th street to Cua Lo gas station), length 300m, width 6.5m; Fishbone street lighting from Binh Minh Street to Street 2 (South of the Provincial Party Committee Hotel), 250m long, 10m wide; Fishbone street from Binh Minh Street to Nguyen Su Hoi Street (North of Thu Thuy Ward People's Committee headquarters), 120m long, 5.5m wide. Along with the overall technical infrastructure improvement plan, the People's Committee of Cua Lo townalso orient and arrange the culinary and entertainment business area. In which, the culinary business area is oriented to the North of Binh Minh Square (from Nguyen Sinh Cung street to crossroad number 5).

In these areas, households are encouraged to arrange food businesses on vacant land plots of organizations and individuals who have not yet invested in construction on the following streets: Mai Thuc Loan; Nguyen Thuc Duong; Nguyen Duy Trinh; Nguyen Thuc Tu; Le Thai Tong (2'); Nguyen Hue; Nguyen Duc Cong and vacant land plots south of the Square where people want to build food courts for business.

For entertainment business areas, organizations and individuals are encouraged to use vacant land that has not been invested in construction south of Binh Minh Square (from Road No. 12 - Hoai Thanh to Road No. 14 - Yet Kieu) to build entertainment, cultural, sports and tourism areas.
