1. Patient VTQ, male, born in 1999.Occupation: Freelance. Address: Quynh Xuan Commune, Hoang Mai. On July 31, the patient traveled from Ben Cat, Binh Duong to Nghe An. On August 2, the patient arrived at the Ben Thuy Bridge quarantine checkpoint and was tested rapidly with negative results. The patient then continued to move to Quynh Xuan Medical Station, Hoang Mai to make a medical declaration and was quarantined at Quynh Xuan B Kindergarten. The patient was tested on August 3 and August 5, both with negative results. On August 10, the patient was sampled for the third time and sent to Quang Khoi General Hospital with the results confirming that he was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
2. Patient L.D.T, male, born in 1995.Address: Quynh Thien Ward, Hoang Mai. Occupation: Northeast bus ticket seller. The patient is F1 of patient HTC and patient NND who were previously announced. On July 28, the patient was quarantined at Quynh Thien B Primary School. The patient was tested on July 28 and July 31, both of which were negative. On August 10, the patient was tested at Quang Khoi General Hospital and the results confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Thus, on August 10, Nghe An recorded a total of 6 new Covid-19 infections.
