On the afternoon of July 31, Dr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of the Center for Disease ControlNghe AnInformation: In the past 12 hours (from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on July 31), Nghe An recorded 03 new positive cases of Covid-19. All patients are related to the outbreak at Minh An General Hospital.

1. Patient HVV, male, born in 1992. Occupation: Farmer. Address: Hamlet 6, Quynh Lam commune, districtQuynh Luu. The patient is F1 and is the grandchild of the previously announced HTC patient. On July 29, the patient was quarantined at Quynh Lam A Primary School, and the first test sample was negative. On July 31, the patient developed fever and fatigue and the second test sample was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

2. Patient D.TM, female, born in 2000. Occupation: Freelance. Address: Hamlet 6, Quynh Lam Commune, Quynh Luu. The patient is F1 of the previously announced patient HTC. On July 29, the patient was quarantined at Quynh Lam A Primary School, the first sample was taken and the result was negative. On July 31, the patient had a fever and fatigue and the second sample was taken and the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

3. Patient HHH, male, born in 2015. Address: Bac Loi, An Hoa commune, Quynh Luu district. The patient is F1 and the nephew of patient BTK who was previously announced. On July 29, the patient was quarantined at An Hoa Primary School and the first test sample was negative. On July 31, the patient had a fever, fatigue, sore throat and the second test sample was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

During the day03 patients were cured and discharged from hospital. Cumulative number of patients who have recovered and been discharged from hospital: 127 patients; cumulative number of patients transferred to central hospitals for treatment: 03; number of patients currently being treated: 108 patients.
