On the afternoon of April 17, under the chairmanship of comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee organized a meeting to listen to and give opinions on the dossier for drafting a Resolution regulating support regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at one-stop-shop departments at all levels in Nghe An province.

The development of a Resolution regulating support regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at one-stop-shop departments at all levels in Nghe An province aims to specifically regulate the monthly special support regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at one-stop-shop departments at all levels in Nghe An province.
Accordingly, the content of the policy: In addition to the amounts received such as salary, overtime and other regimes and policies (if any) at the agency assigned to the one-stop department according to regulations, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at the one-stop department at all levels are also entitled to support policies.

Specifically: Provincial One-Stop Department: VND 2,000,000/person/month. District One-Stop Department: VND 1,200,000/person/month. Commune One-Stop Department: VND 700,000/person/month. Support for uniform sewing: VND 3,000,000/year/job position for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at One-Stop Departments at all levels in the province. For agencies and units with their own industry-specific dress code, the industry's regulations shall apply.

To ensure the order and procedures for promulgating legal documents and the feasibility of the documents after promulgation, the Provincial People's Committee Office has sent an official dispatch requesting provincial departments, branches, and sectors, People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to give their opinions on the dossier proposing the drafting of the Resolution.
As of March 10, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee Office has received written comments from 23 provincial departments, branches and sectors and 16 district-level units, of which 27 departments, branches and sectors and localities agreed, 12 departments, branches and localities had comments to amend and supplement the dossier proposing to develop the Resolution.

Discussing at the meeting, the delegates expressed their agreement and consensus with the policy of the draft proposal to develop a Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on regulations on support regime for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at one-stop shops at all levels in Nghe An province.
Delegates suggested that the policy’s objectives should be more specific; the support policy should be unified, consistent with the common ground of all levels, similar to other support policies and ensure feasibility when implemented. Therefore, the development of policies and support regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at one-stop-shop departments at all levels in the province aims to promptly motivate and encourage cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers at one-stop-shop departments at all levels to feel secure in their work, to link service responsibilities with benefits, to contribute to making one-stop-shop departments operate more and more effectively, and to continue to improve the service quality of State administrative agencies in the coming time.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the drafting agency to receive comments from departments, branches and localities to supplement and perfect the content of the draft Resolution in the spirit that the policy must be consistent, unified and similar to other policies, as well as ensuring feasibility for the Provincial People's Committee to comment and submit to the Provincial People's Council.
