During the period from June to July 2025, taking advantage of his acquaintance with Ms. CXHN's family (residing on Han Thuyen Street, Phu Xuan Ward, Hue City), Truong Cong Phuong visited Ms. N's house many times.

Immediately after receiving the report from Ms. N's family about the theft of property, Phu Xuan Ward Police deployed professional measures, quickly verified and investigated, thereby clarifying the act of property theft of Truong Cong Phuong and proceeded to arrest this subject.
At the police station, Truong Cong Phuong confessed all his crimes.
