Mentioning some issues that voters have repeatedly reported, such as the public lighting system and traffic light system on Sao Nam Street that were damaged after storm No. 10 (in 2017) and have not been repaired or replaced; the residential electricity system for which land use rights were auctioned has not been built, etc., voter Phung Minh Sy said that officials have not really fulfilled their responsibilities in resolving people's recommendations and reflections. This is the reason why petitions and complaints can easily go beyond the level of the government, causing people to lose trust in officials and state agencies.
Also reflecting on the issue that has been proposed many times but has not been resolved, voter Vo Thi Hoa stated that in Tay Khanh block, there are 43 households with poor quality of electricity, especially at peak times, people cannot cook rice, and electric fans cannot run.
