Chairman of Tan Ky District People's Committee had a dialogue with 150 cadres and youth union members

In the spirit of frankness, democracy, openness and responsibility, the youth union members asked questions to the Chairman of the District People's Committee, focusing on the following groups of issues: Support for start-up and career activities; Policies for grassroots union members; Support for youth union members to access preferential capital sources for economic development and labor export; Policy on merging hamlets and villages, related to the structure of grassroots union members.

There should be strict sanctions to deal with a part of the youth who fall into social evils, environmental pollution, issues related to the development of the local sports movement, especially the development of youth football. Before this dialogue took place, there were 500 opinions from youth union members sent to the Organizing Committee, focusing on 5 major groups of issues with 23 questions.

The opinions and recommendations of cadres, union members and youths were answered by comrade Phan Van Giap - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee and assigned to leaders of specialized departments and offices to discuss and fully answer in writing, in accordance with legal regulations and local conditions.

The Chairman of the District People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the recommendations and proposals of the cadres, union members and youth, and informed the union members about a number of policies and guidelines that the district is implementing related to the recommendations. He requested that in the coming time, the heads of Party committees and authorities at all levels, heads of agencies and units increase direct dialogue activities with union officials and union members to promptly have specific solutions to remove difficulties on issues that are of concern to many union members.

Youth Union organizations in the district must also truly innovate in the work of mobilizing, gathering, uniting, and orienting the young generation of the district, especially in the method of organizing movements to promote the potential and strengths of young people.

At the same time, educate and foster revolutionary traditions for union members and youth, forming good qualities of the young generation such as patriotism, national pride, strong political will, will and aspiration to rise up to build the homeland more and more prosperous, civilized... The District People's Committee assigned the functional branches and the District Union to connect and orient the youth club to develop the district's economy more and more, with many effective economic models.
