Mr. Tran Sy Thanh was elected Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee.

On the afternoon of July 22, the thematic session (8th session) of the Hanoi People's Council with 100% of the votes present voted in favor to elect Mr. Tran Sy Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee as Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.
