Focus on civil servant recruitment

(Baonghean.vn) - The Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council surveyed and worked with the People's Committee of Hung Nguyen district on the recruitment and use of civil servants and public employees in the area.

At the meeting, the district leaders reported and informed the Legal Department about the issue of teacher transfers in the past time, this issue has received public attention.

Accordingly, to resolve the situation of surplus and shortage of teachers locally and ensure the quality of teachers among schools in the area, the District People's Council issued a Resolution approving the Project to resolve the situation of surplus and shortage of teachers and staff locally; transfer and allocate funds to schools managed by the district for the period 2013 - 2018 and the District People's Committee issued a decision to implement it.

Hung Nguyen has 3 communes with few teachers residing in the area and far from the district center (Hung Yen Nam, Hung Yen Bac, Hung Trung); the characteristic of Hung Nguyen's education sector is that up to 1/3 of the staff reside in Vinh city, so the transfer of teachers must meet the above requirements and ensure relative fairness among those transferred.

Regarding the settlement of voters' opinions and recommendations in the area, the Legal Committee acknowledged the initiative of the District People's Committee in reviewing and proposing to the relevant agencies to consider and resolve the installation of a sign system to ensure traffic safety on the roads; and proposed to completely resolve the dossiers of proposals for the award of the Resistance Medal.

Concluding the meeting, Ms. Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged the results achieved by the District People's Committee regarding the contents of the meeting, and at the same time requested the District People's Committee to pay attention to the recruitment of civil servants and public employees who are still lacking compared to the assigned number to terminate temporary labor contracts; review and evaluate the results of the implementation of the Project to resolve surplus teachers, local shortages and teacher transfers to make adjustments and amendments to suit the current situation and achieve good results.
