Also in March, the Provincial People's Committee issued 8 official dispatches directing the handling of 8 issues raised by the press; the Department of Information and Communications received 10 documents to handle 9 issues raised by the press. The documents all reflected relatively specifically, clearly stating the direction for handling and overcoming in the coming time.
