Previously, on the night of July 28, a caseserious fireoccurred at Lach Quen fishing port (Quynh Thuan commune, Quynh Luu district, Nghe An) causing 5 fishing boats to burn, of which 3 boats were completely burned, causing tens of billions of dong in damage.

Authorities and local people tried to put out the fire for many hours, however, because the fishing boats contained a lot of oil and flammable materials, when they caught fire, they burned very strongly, causing great damage to the fishermen.
