At around 12:30 on November 1, Ms. LNHV (28 years old, living in Binh Tan) was driving a motorbike with license plate 50N1-239.25 to the front of house number 75, Lien khu 8-9 road (in KP23, Binh Hung Hoa A ward, Binh Tan district) when Sang, driving a motorbike with license plate 52F-1964 carrying Tam, approached and snatched Ms. V's cell phone and fled.
