However, due to the difficult output and lack of skilled workers, and low efficiency, she decided to switch to growing roses, which has been her passion since childhood.
A few years ago, realizing that roses were a popular flower in the market, she went to the northern provinces to buy old rose varieties and researched how to care for and propagate the plants for sale. At the same time, she asked experts for support from the raw flower source to process them into many beauty products.

With the wish to grow flowers to serve tourists visiting Uncle Ho's hometown, and to have more clean products to bring to the market.
Ms. Thuy grows roses using completely clean technology to make products such as rose tea and rose water. Around the garden, she grows basil, lemongrass, and wild flowers to limit pests. In addition, she buys native roses that are strong, easy to care for, and have both fragrance and high quality products.
From the abundant source of rose material, Ms. Thuy has invested 500 million VND in a factory and machinery to steam and dry the flowers according to the instructions of experts to ensure the color and flavor of the dried roses are preserved. As for the rose water, Ms. Thuy steams it like making wine, then condenses it to make the product.

An average rose tree costs 1 million VND, and the "king" rose trees cost tens of millions of VND. Every year, she also has a decent income from selling rose trees.
To have new products to supply to the market, Ms. Thuy established a company to produce rose tea, rose water, and rose powder.
Rose water 150,000 VND/bottle, rose tea 150,000 VND/box, rose powder used for face masks. Roses have antibiotic and sedative properties, suitable for beauty care for women, so currently her rose water products sell quite well when the price is reasonable.
