Con Cuong appoints and transfers 89 officials

With the motto "Choose work, choose points to direct, go into difficult stages, new work and highest political determination", in recent times, the Party building work in Con Cuong district has had innovations in organization and implementation methods.
The district has made many innovations in leadership and direction. Notably, in the past half term, the District Party Committee has organized dialogues with Secretaries, Village Chiefs, and Heads of the Front Work Committee of 127 villages and hamlets; organized direct dialogues with grassroots Party Committees, thereby promptly grasping the aspirations and removing difficulties right at the grassroots level, which have been recognized by the people, such as: Completing the Road Project from National Highway 7A to the Southwest Regional Hospital, the road to the district martyrs' cemetery, removing difficulties in site clearance for projects...

Con Cuong District Party Committee also directed 47 grassroots Party organizations to organize mid-term review conferences, and at the same time organize a vote of confidence for the leaders, secretaries, and deputy secretaries of grassroots Party organizations. At the conference to review 2.5 years of implementing the Resolution of the 26th District Party Congress, the District Party Committee organized a vote of confidence for members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee. This is the first implementing unit in the whole province.
In addition, the district has effectively implemented the Resolution of the 6th Central Conference of the 12th term "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently". In the period of 2015 - 2017, Con Cuong has promoted, appointed, reappointed 38 comrades and transferred 51 comrades who are officials of district-level departments, branches and sectors and school management officials. The quality of officials is increasingly improved, the staff is younger, the proportion of female officials and ethnic minority officials is increasing.

Up to now, 94.66% of district-level officials have a university degree or higher; over 85% have intermediate or higher political theory qualifications. Nearly 80% of commune and town-level officials and civil servants have a university degree or higher; 61.31% have intermediate or higher political theory qualifications.
After half a term, Con Cuong district has achieved and exceeded 15/19 targets, of which 9 targets on economic, cultural and social development exceeded the plan and increased compared to 2015. Average income per capita reached 21.71 million VND; the rate of cultural families reached 57%, the rate of poor households decreased to 23.54%. The district attracted 3 investment projects in production and business, with a total capital of over 600 billion VND. In the first 6 months of 2018 alone, the budget revenue in the district reached over 39 billion VND, the highest ever.
