Con Cuong has a new Chairman of the District People's Committee

Attending the ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Le Hong Vinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. Authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented Decision No. 479/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee dated February 25, 2021 on approving the results of the election to fill the position of Chairman of the Con Cuong District People's Committee, term 2016-2021 for Comrade Hoang Sy Kien - Deputy Secretary of the Con Cuong District Party Committee.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated and hoped that Comrade Hoang Sy Kien, in his new position, would continue to uphold the spirit of exemplary and creative work, together with the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Party Committee of Con Cuong District, promote the spirit of solidarity, democracy and innovation, and lead the people of all ethnic groups in Con Cuong District to compete to well implement the goals of economic, cultural and social development, contributing to building Con Cuong District increasingly rich and prosperous.

Previously, on February 23, 2021, the People's Council of Con Cuong district approved the Proposal to elect an additional position of Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term. After discussing and agreeing on the content of the personnel introduction proposal, the delegates of the District People's Council voted and elected Mr. Hoang Sy Kien - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Hoang Sy Kien expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee as well as the comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the Con Cuong District Party Committee and the district's cadres and people for entrusting him with this task. Determining that this is a great honor, as well as a heavy responsibility entrusted to him by the Party, State and People, the new Chairman of the Con Cuong District People's Committee promised to unite, unify, devote all his enthusiasm, inherit and promote the achievements, wholeheartedly serve the people, contributing to the locality's continuous development and innovation./.
