On February 10, Con Cuong District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision to merge the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the District Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.
At the conference, the representative of the Organizing Committee of Con Cuong District Party Committee announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on merging the two committees. The merger aims to streamline the apparatus, improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work, and meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee announced and awarded the Decision appointing comrade Pham Manh Hung - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department, Director of the District Political Center to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the District Party Committee; comrade Nguyen Xuan Nam - Member of the District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department; comrade Vi Van Bach - Member of the District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Department.
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Hoai An - Secretary of the District Party Committee emphasized that the merger of the two committees is an important policy to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the District Party Committee's operations.
