President Donald Trump's son 'reinforces' team of lawyers before hearing

US President Donald Trump's eldest son has just hired an experienced lawyer before he has to testify before the Senate on July 26.

The lawyer that the son of US President Donald Trump Jr. has just hired is Karina Lynch of the law firm “Williams and Jensen”. She herself confirmed this information in an email to the press on July 23. However, Lynch did not reveal her role in the legal advisory team for the son of the US President.

Karina Lynch’s bio and Williams and Jensen law firm website describe her as having experience with Senate standing subcommittees in charge of investigations. She also served as investigative counsel to Senator Charles Grassley.

Previously, Donald Trump Jr. also hired Alan Futerfas as his lawyer after news of a meeting between him and a Russian lawyer last year was leaked.

The US President's son, his former campaign manager last year, Paul Manafort, and son-in-law Jared Kushner met with Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya in June 2016 at Trump Tower in New York in the hope of obtaining information that would be detrimental to Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.
