Police help lost blind man find relatives
(Baonghean.vn) - A blind man who got lost in both eyes was helped by Tan Ky District Police to find his relatives.
On the morning of July 26, seeing a man walking in the town area with unusual behavior, Tan Ky District Police officers took him to the town People's Committee headquarters for verification.

Through investigation, it was learned that the missing person's name was Thanh, blind in both eyes, currently living with his sister's family. Thanh said that he had walked away from home for about 2 days, because he was blind, he did not know where he was and did not know that his family was looking for him.
Immediately afterwards, Senior Lieutenant Tran Van Chung - officer of the Administrative Management Team of Tan Ky District Police contacted the Commune Police Department to verify Thanh's family.
Fortunately, when contacting Tan Long commune, we learned that there was a family reporting a missing person and there were many similarities to Mr. Thanh's case. After asking the family to come and identify and verify that it was correct, comrade Chung and the Tan Ky Town Police Department directly brought Mr. Thanh home to his family.

After helping Mr. Thanh return home to his family, Mr. Thanh's sister, Tran Thi Chau, wrote a letter of thanks to the police officers.
Ms. Chau said that when her brother got lost, the whole family was very worried and actively searched for him, but after 2 days, he was still nowhere to be found. Luckily, he met the police officers and was helped, returning home safely.
