Police investigate burglary, murder of 2 people

At around 1am on December 7, in village 9, Canh Nau commune, Thach That district, Hanoi, a massacre occurred, leaving two people dead and two seriously injured. Upon receiving information about the incident, Hanoi police began investigating the matter.

Information at the scene said that at that time, the family of Mr. Nguyen Luong Chuan (born in 1958) was broken into.

When the homeowner discovered the thief, he stabbed to death Mr. Nguyen Luong Chuan (born in 1958) and Mr. Nguyen Luong Chinh (born in 1988), Mr. Chuan's second son. Mr. Chuan and Mr. Chinh were both stabbed to death in vital spots with a single stab.

Mr. Chuan's other son, Nguyen Luong Tuan (born in 1983) and Nguyen Thi Than (born in 1962), Mr. Chuan's wife, were also stabbed but their lives were not in danger. Mr. Chuan's family works in the woodworking industry and is considered well-off in Canh Nau commune. Currently, Mrs. Than and her son are being treated at Thach That District General Hospital.

Upon receiving information about the incident, Hanoi Police launched an investigation. This morning, Hanoi Police's professional units also organized a crime scene investigation.
