Commune police patrolling discovered lost property of people
In the early morning of December 9, while the working group of Nghia Lam Commune Police, Nghia Dan District was on patrol in the area under their responsibility, they discovered a black wallet on the road.
The wallet contained many important personal documents and nearly 6 million VND. Immediately after that, Nghia Lam commune police quickly verified and returned the property to the people.
All assets and related documents discovered by the Nghia Lam Commune Police working group belonged to Mr. Ho Ngoc Sinh, born in 1972, a local resident.

It is known that Mr. Sinh's family is poor and in a particularly difficult situation. Among his three children, two have epilepsy. In recent days, his third son has been seriously ill and had to be taken to the hospital for treatment. He borrowed the money from his brother, cousins and neighbors to buy medicine for his son. That same evening, when he brought his son home from the hospital, he discovered that he had dropped his wallet and important documents. While he was very confused, he was invited by Nghia Lam Commune Police to receive his property that same night.
After the police returned his lost documents and cash, Mr. Ho Ngoc Sinh emotionally shared: “When I got home and took medicine from my pocket to give my child, I realized that I had lost my wallet. I didn’t know what to do because it was a large sum of money that I had borrowed from many places to treat my child. Luckily, my lost property was discovered by the Commune Police while on patrol, I am extremely grateful.”
