Announcement of Decision to appoint Vice Rector of Vinh University
(Baonghean.vn) - The newly appointed Vice Principal of Vinh University is Dr. Tran Ba Tien, born in 1972 - Head of the school's Training Department.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Le Thi Phuong Hong - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Education and Training; comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
Implementing the Decision of the Minister of Education and Training, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee and the Rector of Vinh University, on the morning of July 11, Vinh University held a Ceremony to announce the Decision to appoint the Vice Rector for the 2015 - 2020 term, the Decision to approve the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term, and the Decision to appoint the Dean of the Faculty of Law for the 2019 - 2024 term.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Education and Training, Ms. Le Thi Phuong Hong - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel presented Decision No. 1816/QD-BGDDT dated June 28, 2019 of the Minister appointing Vice Rector of Vinh University for the term 2015 - 2020 to Dr. Tran Ba Tien.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department presented Decision No. 2972-QD/TU dated June 13, 2019 of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on approving the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh University Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Huy Bang.

Also at the ceremony, the school leaders presented Decision No. 1868/QD-DHV dated July 11, 2019 of the Rector re-appointing comrade Dinh Ngoc Thang to hold the position of Dean of the Faculty of Law for the 2019-2024 term.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Dinh Xuan Khoa - Member of the Executive Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary, Principal of the school hoped that the new Vice Principal would have many new solutions and good ways to contribute to the cause of building and developing the school in the new period.
