Be more proactive, closely and resolutely in advising and directing on anti-corruption in accordance with the spirit of the General Secretary, do not let anti-corruption work slacken, do not stop, do not rest. Urgently inspect, investigate and handle cases that have been put on the list of cases monitored and directed by the Secretariat, especially the case related to Viet A Company.
Continue to advise and direct: detect corruption through inspection, examination, execution of judgments, auditing, investigation and prosecution... Coordinate to advise on developing plans to prevent harassment and annoyance of officials and civil servants; conduct inspections and checks on the reception and handling of crime reports at the central and provincial levels. Advise and direct further improvement in the recovery of corrupt and negative assets. This is an extremely difficult and huge issue that has long received little attention and many obstacles.
Continue to improve the efficiency, urge inspection and supervision of internal affairs. Strengthen inspection, examination and audit of cases related to sensitive areas such as health, public asset procurement, land, etc. The inspection and supervision field is sometimes very weak, not only the responsibility of the inspection committee but also the support staff agencies. It is recommended that comrades coordinate closely with inspection committees at all levels to develop work programs, avoiding overlap for effectiveness.
