Nghe An Electricity Company deploys production and business tasks in 2022

COMPLETE TARGETS AND PLANS

In 2021, Nghe An Electricity Company has successfully completed the dual goal of both ensuring stable production and business activities and ensuring Covid-19 prevention; ensuring safe and reliable power supply, contributing to political stability and socio-economic development in the locality; ensuring absolute safety in production and labor, and successfully completing the set targets and plans.

Notably, commercial electricity in 2021 reached 4,105.78 million kWh, up 9.0% compared to 2020 and reaching 100.1% of the annual plan. The total loss of the Company in 2021 reached 7.19%, -0.77% lower than the same period last year and -0.01% lower than the plan assigned by NPC. Electricity access index was 4.19 days/05 days, exceeding the assigned plan.

The average electricity price of the whole Company in 2021 was 1,816.94 VND/kWh, an increase of +51.76 VND/kWh compared to 2020 and -13.06 VND/kWh lower than the plan assigned by NPC. The total electricity bill payment of the whole Company in 2021 reached 100.01%. The total loss of the whole Company in 2021 was 7.19%, -0.77% lower than the same period last year and -0.01% lower than the plan assigned by NPC.

Nghe An Power Company has completed the work of standardizing customer information on the standardized Web and synchronized it into CMIS3.0, achieving 100% of the TBA compared to the registered plan. Accumulated (TH/KH) 6,726/6,726 TBA out of a total of 1,037,646 completed the implementation content and deadline set by the Corporation.

Currently, the Company is managing 1,037,646 customers, of which 914,039 are residential customers (accounting for 88%) and 123,607 are non-residential customers (accounting for 12%).

In 2021, the entire Company received and resolved new power supply for 28,814 customers, receiving electricity services on the National Public Service Portal.

In addition, the Company has fully implemented the contents of the labor safety plan. Well implemented the administrative reform programs issued by the Corporation, accelerated digital transformation in the fields of operation towards providing the best service to customers. Strengthened the implementation of corporate culture and production labor movement.

Discussing at the Conference, representatives of the units focused on solutions to minimize power loss; digital transformation, improve efficiency, production and business; electricity supply to serve people's lives in the province; solutions to collect electricity bills without using cash, etc.

PROMOTING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN FIELDS

Speaking at the conference, the leaders of the Northern Power Corporation and the People's Committee of Nghe An province highly appreciated the results in production and business activities of Nghe An Power Company achieved in 2021.

At the same time, the Company is requested to continue to perform well a number of tasks: Safely and stably operate the power system, ensure sufficient electricity supply for socio-economic development, improve people's lives and increasingly improve customer service.

Increase electricity supply to remote, isolated and disadvantaged villages in the province... Reduce power outages, reduce power loss in rural low-voltage grids, increase reliability of power supply and reduce incidents; resolutely prevent work accidents.

The company needs to have solutions to continue to improve production and business efficiency and labor productivity, complete the production and business plan - finance - construction investment. Nghe An Electricity Company needs to continue to coordinate with intermediary units to increase the rate of non-cash electricity bill payments to achieve the plan assigned by NPC, while helping to make electricity bill payments quick, safe and effective.

On this occasion, Vietnam Electricity Group and Northern Power Corporation awarded prizes to collectives that excellently completed production and business tasks; Nghe An Power Company awarded prizes to collectives and individuals that excellently completed their tasks in 2021.

Nghe An Electricity Company plans to strive for the following key production and business targets in 2022:

Commercial output reached 4,493.60 million kWh, up 9.4% over the previous year.

Average selling price reached 1,824.24 VND/kWh, an increase of 7.30 VND/kWh compared to last year.

Electricity bill collection rate reaches ≥ 99.7%, cash flow is strictly controlled and managed.

Electricity access index ≤ 5 working days.

Company-wide power loss rate: £ 6.66 %.
