At the age of 98, Mr. Le Van Dong is still very sharp. Every day, he often watches the radio and pays close attention to the flood situation in the Central region. To share with the people of the Central region, he has mobilized his children and grandchildren, some with little or much, to contribute their efforts and join hands with the people of the Central region who are suffering from extreme hardships.

It is known that every year, Mr. Dong sets aside a sum of money from his pension, and the small amount of money from selling vegetables, chicken eggs in the garden and gifts from his children and grandchildren to help and share with those in difficult circumstances in the area. Thinking that I was like that before, when I saw those circumstances, I could not help but feel sad. I share with them whatever is good" - Mr. Dong added.

In life, he always educated and advised his children and grandchildren to be responsible and useful citizens.
