That is Mr. Hoang Dinh Bay, Bo Duc hamlet, Hung Tien commune, Nam Dan district. He is a beneficiary of the Agent Orange level 1 regime because he became blind due to the effects of Agent Orange during the resistance war against the US to save the country. Although he is 86 years old this year and has difficulty moving around, but with the responsibility of a party member and a citizen towards the community, he still asked his neighbors to take him to the Hung Tien commune Fatherland Front Committee to donate 5 million VND to support the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic.
