Regarding the quality of education in the Education Law, voter Nguyen Van The reflected that the recent high school graduation exam had discovered cheating in some localities. He proposed that this time the National Assembly pass the Education Law and the revised Law on Higher Education, which should be legalized and strictly handle violations in exams, creating trust among the people.

Expressing concern about the fact that asset declarations by officials have been implemented for many years but with very low efficiency, voter Nguyen Van The said that although the Party and State have taken many measures to prevent and combat corruption, people still have many concerns. In particular, people want the Party and State to resolutely recover corrupt assets.

Sharing the same view, voter Nguyen Viet Xuan (Hamlet 9) proposed that the National Assembly soon pass the Law on Anti-Corruption (amended) to complete the legal framework for this issue. At the same time, he hoped that the Party, the National Assembly and the State would continue to research and have sanctions strong enough to deter, prevent and handle corrupt subjects.

Acknowledging and appreciating the enthusiastic and responsible contributions of voters, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thanh Hien affirmed: Many serious and complicated economic corruption cases have been strictly handled, with no “no-go zones”. This issue is being strongly directed by the Party and State.

Responding to voters' concerns about public debt, the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation informed that recently, the Government has implemented many important solutions to control public debt.

Regarding voters' opinions on the use of ODA capital, delegate Nguyen Thanh Hien said that through the results of the supervision of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation on the implementation of ODA capital use in the province, it showed that many works and projects have been completed and put into operation, contributing significantly to socio-economic development and supporting sustainable poverty reduction. However, besides the results and successes, there are still some limitations in the management and use of capital.

“In the context of limited budget revenue and large development investment requirements, continuing to borrow ODA capital is necessary. This is an issue that the National Assembly is continuing to discuss to perfect the legal system, raise awareness of ODA loans as well as attach responsibility to ministries, branches and localities in managing and using this capital source,” the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation emphasized.
