On the afternoon of June 30, 2016, the Vinh City Tax Department organized the enforcement of tax administrative decisions by seizing assets of 4 households with long-standing tax arrears at Vinh market with a total amount of nearly 35 million VND. The 4 business households with tax arrears include: Nguyen Thi Thu Hien, Le Hong Minh, Nguyen Thi Hoai, Tran Thi Huong.

After many times of working, propagandizing and mobilizing, but the business households still refused to comply with their tax payment obligations to the State. Vinh City Tax Department issued a decision to enforce tax administrative enforcement by means of property seizure.
