Covid-19 test results of 3 relatives of 'case 184' in Nghe An are available
(Baonghean.vn) - The father, mother and daughter of this patient are in Nghe An and all tested negative for Covid-19.
On the evening of March 30, Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh - Director of the Center for Disease Control of Nghe An province said that the test results of 3 relatives of "patient 184" (42 years old, Dien Van commune, Dien Chau) were available. "All 3 people including her father, mother and daughter were negative for Covid-19," Mr. Dinh said.
These are also the first three cases that Nghe An province can test on its own without having to send samples to the National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology. "Case 184" is an employee of Truong Sinh Company, a unit specializing in providing logistics for Bach Mai Hospital.

Truong Sinh Company is currently a major source of infection in Hanoi. The company has a director from Dien Van commune, and has up to 8 employees who are children of this commune. Truong Sinh is a unit specializing in providing logistics and food services to Bach Mai Hospital and several other hospitals.
Of the 8 people from Dien Van working at this company, 4 had just returned to their hometown on March 11 and left for Hanoi on March 13, including case 184. Although it has been more than 14 days since these people returned to their hometown, to be on the safe side, Nghe An province still had to take samples for testing and quarantine the family of 4 at home.
