Questioning this content, Mr. Tran Nhat Minh, full-time National Assembly delegate of Nghe An Delegation, said that based on the direction of the Government Inspectorate, there have been many surprise inspections, discovering many serious and especially serious violations.
The delegate requested the Government Inspector General to clarify the assessments of the effectiveness and efficiency of the surprise inspection activities in the past time in promptly detecting, correcting and handling violations and the solutions of the inspection sector in conducting surprise inspections in the coming time, in order to contribute to the fight against corruption and negativity while still ensuring that it does not affect the normal activities of the inspected subjects?

Responding to the opinion of the delegate of Nghe An Delegation, the Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong said that the surprise inspections were highly focused and urgent. It can be said that surprise inspections are inspections directed by the Steering Committee, the Government and the Prime Minister, so they are more effective and efficient with a higher sense of responsibility.
“Especially for the Government Inspectorate, there are inspections on Covid-19 and health insurance. According to the direction of the Steering Committee, I directly listen to the Deputy Inspector General of the Government every week to report when the direct inspection is finished. The effectiveness is often better," the Inspector General of the Government emphasized.
