National Assembly delegates meet voters of Nam Thanh commune (Nam Dan)

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the program of meeting voters after the 6th session of the 13th National Assembly, on the morning of December 16, National Assembly deputies Tran Huu Tuat - Deputy Commander of Military Region IV; Le Thi Tam - President of the Provincial Women's Union had a meeting with voters of Nam Thanh commune, Nam Dan district.

At the meeting with voters, many voters expressed their excitement about the results of the 6th session as well as the recent innovations in the activities of the National Assembly. However, the work of preventing and combating corruption has not been effective; drug abuse has not been controlled. It is recommended that the National Assembly and the Government have more strong policies for agriculture and rural areas, increase farmers' income, and avoid the situation of farmers abandoning their fields that is happening in the localities.

Voters believe that the land conversion policy is a correct policy, but the current land division and agricultural rations are still inadequate. People who died 20 years ago still have land, while people born 19 years ago do not have land for production. How can farmers make a living? Some voters are concerned that the problem of children graduating from university and college who cannot find jobs is still very large, while universities and colleges continue to open and increase in scale. Therefore, they request that the National Assembly and the Government pay attention to resolving this problem. There needs to be a more effective solution to the situation of medical ethics among medical staff in medical facilities, causing resentment among the people. Voters request that the National Assembly and the Government study the collection of road maintenance funds in rural areas when people have already paid for road construction and now pay more for road maintenance funds, which is unreasonable.

Delegate Le Thi Tam explained and clarified a number of issues related to shortcomings in the legal policy system as well as social negatives that are arising. National Assembly deputies thanked voters for their responsible opinions; promised to synthesize and report fully to the National Assembly, the Government and relevant agencies for resolution.
