Overcoming difficulties to complete the 2020 - 2025 term goals

Quang Chau commune was established on the basis of merging the entire area and population of the old communes: Dien Dong, Dien Thai, Dien Lien and Xuan Thap. In the past term, despite many difficulties, the Party Committees of the communes before merging into Quang Chau commune made efforts to overcome difficulties, focusing on leading the successful implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Notably, the economy has grown quite well; the average income per capita by 2025 is estimated to reach 78 million VND. The economic structure continues to shift in a positive direction, the proportion of industry - construction increases from 39.6% in 2020 to 40.39% in 2025; services from 34.24% in 2020 to 41.82% in 2025; agriculture decreases from 26.16% in 2020 to 17.79% in 2025.

Agricultural production has developed comprehensively, the commune has proactively implemented solutions to promote accumulation and concentration for large-scale agricultural production, applying high technology. Thanks to that, the total value of crop production products averages 130 billion VND/year. The whole commune has built 10 greenhouse models for agricultural production applying high technology. The quality and brand of agricultural products have been constantly improved, up to now the whole commune has 6 products that have achieved 3-star OCOP at the provincial level and have been recognized. The movement to build new rural areas has been promoted, achieving positive results; in the 4 communes before the merger, 2 communes were recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as meeting new rural standards, 2 communes meeting advanced new rural standards.

Industrial production - construction, small-scale industry developed strongly, the average growth rate of product value in the period 2021-2025 reached 10.57%. Key transport infrastructure projects were deployed for investment and construction. Small-scale industries such as garment, carpentry, masonry, welding, etc. developed, creating income for thousands of local workers. The average growth rate of product value of the service industry in the period 2020-2025 reached 14.48%.

In addition, the education and training sector has made positive changes. Primary health care for the people has been given attention. Social security policies have been implemented fully and promptly. Political security and social order and safety have been maintained. The work of building the Party and the political system has always been given importance.

Determined to achieve the goals of the 2025 - 2030 term

Entering the 2025-2030 term, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Party Committee and people of Quang Chau commune are determined to successfully achieve the goal: strong economic development, civilized society, happy family. The Party Committee of the commune sets out 5 key task groups and 3 breakthroughs, striving to complete and exceed 38/38 targets.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province congratulated the achievements and results that the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Chau commune have achieved in the past time. The most outstanding results were the results of mobilizing land clearance for the expressway project, DH254 road; mobilizing more than 22.9 billion VND for social security work - the highest number ever.

Regarding the upcoming tasks, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province requested the Quang Chau Commune Party Committee to quickly stabilize the organization, build solidarity and unity within the entire Party Committee. The new Executive Committee must create high consensus, thoroughly grasp the Party's correct policy on the arrangement of administrative units, and operate two-level government; promote the strength of solidarity, unification of will and action within the entire Party Committee, creating a solid political foundation to carry out all tasks...

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung also suggested that the commune continue to promote administrative reform and comprehensive digital transformation. This is an inevitable trend, and at the same time, an opportunity for Quang Chau to make a breakthrough. Along with that, it is necessary to improve the operational efficiency of the Public Administration Service Center, provide 100% qualified online public services; digitize records and data; build a digital government, so that people and businesses can be served quickly, conveniently and transparently.

Continue to strengthen the work of building a strong Party and political system. Focus on innovating the leadership methods of Party committees and authorities towards being close to the people, close to the people, and respecting the people... Comrades in the Party Executive Committee continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, pioneering, responsibility, and exemplary role as the core of local leadership. Each comrade needs to grasp the policy, stick to reality, and successfully organize the implementation of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Quang Chau Commune Party Committee, term 2025-2030; appointing the Party delegation of the commune to attend the 20th Provincial Party Congress and voted to pass the Resolution of the Congress.
