In the 2015 - 2020 term, the Quynh Giang Commune Party Committee has promoted the tradition of solidarity, leading the people to basically complete and exceed the targets set by the 25th Party Congress. The total production value in 2020 is estimated at 291.2 billion VND, exceeding the Congress target by 12.8%; the average economic growth rate over the past 5 years is estimated at 8.21%. The economic structure has shifted in a positive direction; in which services and trade account for 55.5%; agriculture, forestry and fishery account for 22.8%. The average income per capita in 2020 is estimated at more than 40.5 million VND/year, an increase of 19.2 million VND compared to the beginning of the term. The State budget revenue is estimated at 20.7 billion VND.

Notably, during the past term, Quynh Giang commune mobilized a total of more than 365 billion VND to build new rural areas and completed the project in 2017, exceeding the Congress's target. Through the movement, the locality has built and upgraded 21 welfare works such as offices, multi-functional cultural houses, stadiums, one-stop office buildings of the commune, built 22 new classrooms, renovated and upgraded many classrooms and auxiliary works serving teaching and learning at all 3 levels; built inter-commune roads from Quynh Giang to Dien Doai...

In addition, the locality has attracted investment in building Duc Tai - Tam Dat high-tech clean vegetable farms, Minh An Hospital, Giang Son commercial concrete, etc. Thereby, the rural landscape has improved a lot, and people's lives have been increasingly improved.

The economy grew rapidly, and the cultural and social fields achieved good results. The physical training and sports movement developed widely, attracting a large number of people to participate. The movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" was well implemented, with the rate of cultural families reaching over 81.2% annually. School facilities continued to receive investment and new construction, and all three schools met national standards.

Paying attention to people's lives, the rate of well-off and rich households is increasing, the rate of poor households is decreasing to 0.7%. The work of caring for and protecting people's health is given attention. National defense and security are maintained. The commune Party Committee has been recognized as a exemplary clean and strong organization for many consecutive years.

Promoting the achieved results, in the new term 2020 - 2025, the Party Committee of Quynh Giang commune will promote the internal strength, potential and strengths of the locality, actively and proactively attract investment into the area to develop the economy, strive for an average economic growth rate of 10.5% or more, in which, developing trade and services is a breakthrough... The Party Committee is determined to strive that by 2025, the average income per capita will reach 70 - 80 million VND/year; the poverty rate will decrease to 0.4%; all 3 schools will strive to maintain and raise the national standard level; increase the rate of cultural families to 85% or more, bringing the commune to meet the advanced new rural standards by 2023.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Le Xuan Kien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee requested the Party Committee of the commune to make efforts and unite to successfully implement the targets and tasks set out by the Congress, and at the same time have solutions to review and re-plan production areas; encourage land accumulation; change crop structure in accordance with market advantages and needs; apply technical advances, invest in building models towards producing high-value goods; encourage businesses to invest in agriculture; promote local advantages in human resources and favorable geographical location to promote strong development of small-scale industry, trade and services; study and plan the South of the commune into small-scale industry, trade and services clusters, in order to create a breakthrough for rapid and sustainable economic development...

Promoting the spirit of democracy, solidarity, responsibility and innovation, the 26th Congress of Quynh Giang Commune Party Committee elected 13 comrades to the Party Committee of the commune for the 2020 - 2025 term. Comrade Tran Van Thai was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Quynh Giang Commune Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
