On the morning of May 23, the Provincial People's Committee Office Party Committee held the Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

Improve the quality of advice

During the 2015-2020 term, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office led and directed agencies, unions, cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to focus on implementing assigned political tasks and Party building work to achieve high and comprehensive results.

With the function and task of being a general advisory body, assisting the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee leaders in managing, directing and operating all socio-economic, defense and security activities in the area, the Provincial People's Committee Office has continuously completed its tasks well and excellently for many years.

Implement the working programs of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Council on socio-economic development, proactively coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and organizations to advise the Provincial People's Committee to develop and promulgate the Working Program of the Provincial People's Committee.

Focusing on implementing programs and urgent solutions to remove difficulties for businesses, promote production, business and export development, ensure social security and carry out tasks of stabilizing the macro economy in the area.

At the same time, coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee Office to build and maintain a reasonable meeting regime with the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, in accordance with the practical situation, ensuring a focus on the grassroots level, closely focusing on solving difficult tasks, promoting the role and responsibility of the collective as well as the individual leaders, creating consensus in leadership, direction and operation.

The quality of the Office's advisory and synthesis work has been increasingly improved, affirming its effectiveness; gradually promoting administrative reform, actively applying IT, promoting computerization in office work, towards building e-government.

At the same time, administrative and service work has made great efforts to promptly respond to the activities of the Provincial People's Committee leaders and the regular activities of the agency.

Internal affairs, reception, and logistics work are guaranteed to be attentive, enthusiastic, and respectful; service quality is getting better and better, leaving good impressions and feelings for superior leaders, cadres, people inside and outside the province, and international guests.

The Party Committee has paid attention to building a team of cadres and civil servants with solid political qualities and professional capacity, meeting the requirements of concentrated, drastic and increasingly high direction of the Provincial People's Committee leaders. Many cadres who have worked at the Office have been promoted to become key cadres in agencies and localities and have performed well.

In Party building work, the Party Committee has paid attention to comprehensive leadership in all aspects of Party building work in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics; inspected, supervised and enforced Party discipline in conjunction with managing Party members and cadres; implemented discipline, administrative discipline, and cultivated public ethics of the team.

With the above results, for many consecutive years, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office has been classified as having completed its tasks well and excellently, and has been commended and rewarded by the Central and the province. During its term, the Provincial People's Committee Office was awarded the 3rd class Independence Medal by the President.

Make a breakthrough

Speaking at the congress, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc Nguyen Nam Dinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the implementation of political tasks of the Provincial People's Committee Office achieved in the past term, contributing significantly to the socio-economic development achievements of the province.

The Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies emphasized that the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office needs to lead Party members and cadres to improve the quality of advisory work, synthesis and service for the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee leaders; improve the quality of management work, promulgation of documents; strictly implement the Regulations on monitoring and inspecting the implementation of documents and directions and administration of the Provincial People's Committee.

Create a breakthrough in administrative reform, especially administrative procedures, enhance the provision of online public services at levels 3 and 4 on the Public Service Portal and the provincial electronic one-stop information system to ensure quick and timely resolution of work.

Actively apply information technology in management, operation and handling of professional and technical work to meet the requirements of building e-government in the new situation.

The Party Committee needs to continue to review, arrange, and assign the organization and working apparatus of the Office in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee to ensure that it is consistent with the functions and tasks prescribed and required by the task.

Along with that is taking care of political, ideological and moral education; continuing to promote studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with Party building and rectification and fulfilling the responsibility of setting an example.

Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh suggested that the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office needs to concretize the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term, develop an action program to implement the Resolution to focus on leadership, direction, identify and implement key tasks, breakthroughs, and create comprehensive changes in the agency and the entire Party Committee.

The congress also elected delegates representing the Party Committee to attend the 20th Provincial Party Congress of the Provincial Agencies Bloc, term 2020 - 2025, with 4 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate.
