The 30th Congress of the Party Committee of Quynh Doi Commune (Quynh Luu), term 2020 - 2025

Attending the event were comrade Hoang Danh Lai - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; leaders of the district's specialized departments and offices, and 148 delegates representing 340 party members in the entire Party Committee.

During the 2015 - 2020 term, the Quynh Doi Commune Party Committee focused on leading and directing the people to develop the economy and society based on the potential and strengths of the locality. From the correct and creative orientation of the Party Committee, the determination of the government and the consensus of the people, the economy and society of Quynh Doi Commune have had rapid and sustainable development.

Up to now, the total production value of Quynh Doi commune has reached over 165.7 billion VND (an increase of 64% compared to 2015). The average economic growth rate has reached 8.4% (an increase of 0.4% compared to the target). The economic structure has shifted in a positive direction: Small-scale industry - construction in 2020 is estimated to reach 23.7% (an increase of 5.13% compared to 2015); services are estimated to reach 47.84% (an increase of 14.22% compared to 2015); agriculture is estimated to reach 28.46% (a decrease of 19.35% compared to 2015). The average income per capita in 2020 is estimated to reach 55.9 million VND (an increase of 27.3 million VND compared to 2015); the commune no longer has poor households.

Along with economic development, the cultural and social fields in Quynh Doi commune are always at the top of the district when all targets are met and exceeded. The rate of cultural households in 2019 reached 96.6% (exceeding the target); the commune and 8 villages maintain the title of "Cultural Village". The educational movement is maintained, the comprehensive education quality is at the top of the district; 2 schools continuously achieve excellent progress; the Kindergarten meets National standards level 1, Ho Tung Mau Primary and Secondary School meets National standards level 2.

In particular, after completing 19/19 new rural criteria at the end of 2014, Quynh Doi commune was selected by the province as a model new rural commune. Up to now, the commune has basically achieved 15/15 advanced new rural criteria and is proposing the Provincial People's Committee to recognize the commune as a model new rural commune by the end of 2020. The total capital for building a model new rural commune is more than 215.5 billion VND.

At the congress, the Quynh Doi Commune Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term set out 21 targets in various fields, prioritizing the development of small-scale industry, trade and services; striving for a total production value of 285 - 295 billion VND, average income per capita of 83 - 85 million VND/person/year; the rate of cultural families reaching 97 - 98%, both schools maintaining and improving the title of meeting national standards; striving for a rate of well-off households of 53%, a rate of rich households of 21%. Every year, the Commune Party Committee excellently completes its tasks, of which at least 3 years are typically excellent.

In addition, the Quynh Doi Commune Party Committee is determined to successfully implement key programs, which are: promoting the potential advantages of the commune to gradually build Quynh Doi into a tourist attraction of attractive historical and cultural relics of the province; directing people to unite and accumulate land into large model areas to build production models in the direction of organic agriculture; promoting the tradition of studiousness, improving the quality of comprehensive education, focusing on the quality of key education, achieving the top unit of the district.

In the spirit of solidarity and democracy, the 30th Quynh Doi Commune Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025, elected an Executive Committee of 13 comrades; elected a delegation to attend the 28th Quynh Luu District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.
