The first Congress of Nghe An Real Estate Association, term 2018 - 2023
(Baonghean.vn) - On October 24, the first Congress of Nghe An Real Estate Association for the 2018-2023 term took place in Vinh City. Attending the meeting were comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of Vinh City, Departments and branches in the province and 80 members.
In recent times, the Real Estate Club has had many practical activities in the development of the real estate market in Nghe An. To meet the development requirements of the real estate market in the current period, the Provincial People's Committee has decided to establish the Nghe An Real Estate Association.

Nghe An Real Estate Association is a social-professional organization related to the real estate sector of Nghe An, voluntarily established, with the aim of cooperation, association, support and mutual assistance, contributing to the construction and sustainable development of the real estate sector in Nghe An, in a professional direction. The Association acts as a representative, a focal point, synthesizing the opinions of its members to participate and make recommendations to state agencies on policies and guidelines related to the sector and fields of operation of the Association in accordance with the law. Protecting the legitimate rights and creating conditions for member units and organizations to access international organizations...
At the Congress, many opinions were expressed to improve the regulations and activities of the Association and solutions to achieve the goals of the 2018 - 2023 term. Also at the Congress, the Executive Committee of 11 people and the Chairman of Nghe An Real Estate Association were elected.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Le Minh Thong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and praised the achievements of the real estate business community in Nghe An in the past time, and at the same time hoped that the Nghe An Real Estate Association in the coming time would perform well its functions and tasks, advise on policies, solutions, and planning for infrastructure and urban development in a modern and civilized direction. Create an effective operating environment with high benefits for the real estate business community in the direction of sustainable development. Members also need to focus on calling on large enterprises and corporations to join the association to develop the real estate market and socio-economic development of the province.
