At that time, the truck with license plate 14M - 4989 driven by Mr. Ngo Van Dung (born in 1980, residing in Nam Duong commune, Luc Ngan district, Bac Giang) was traveling from North to South.
When reaching the intersection, the car crashed into car with license plate 73C - 031.19 driven by Mr. Tran Van Quy (born in 1984, residing in Hoa Binh village, Quang Trach district, Quang Binh) while it was stopped at a red light.
