The Central Inspection Commission considered disciplinary action against the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council and Mr. Huynh Duc Tho, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee for violations and shortcomings as concluded at the 17th session of the Central Inspection Commission.

The review of the above-mentioned collectives and individuals at Party organizations was carried out seriously, in accordance with the plan of the Central Inspection Commission. The Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee and the individuals reviewed agreed with the conclusion of the Central Inspection Commission, stating that the Central Inspection Commission's review of Da Nang was correct and timely; the violations and shortcomings pointed out were profound lessons for Party building work and the leadership and direction of the City Party Committee and government.

The Central Inspection Commission found that the violations and shortcomings of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh and Mr. Huynh Duc Tho, which were concluded at the 17th Session of the Central Inspection Commission, were serious, negatively affecting the reputation of the City Party Committee and government, causing resentment among cadres, party members and people.

After reviewing and considering many aspects; based on Regulation No. 263-QD/TW and Regulation No. 181-QD/TW of the Politburo on disciplinary action against violating party organizations and party members, the Central Inspection Commission decided to issue a warning to Mr. Huynh Duc Tho; request the Politburo and the Central Executive Committee to review and issue disciplinary action against the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh according to their authority./.
