In 2016, the Standing Committee of Anh Son District Party Committee focused on directing the implementation of solutions to improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength, political core role of party organizations, and the responsibility of cadres and party members in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee.

With the efforts of the entire political system, all cadres, party members and people to overcome difficulties, Anh Son district has achieved many important results in all fields. The growth rate reached 12.37%. The total production value is estimated at 3,809 billion VND, reaching 102.07% of the plan, up 21.98% over the same period.

Cultural - social, national defense - security work continued to be maintained, stable and developed. In 2016, Anh Son District Party Committee focused on successfully directing the election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2016 - 2021 term.

Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission spoke at the conference.

During the year, 152 new party members were admitted and 276 comrades were awarded Party badges. Inspection, supervision and disciplinary work within the Party was focused on. In 2016, 32 party members with signs of violations were inspected, resulting in disciplinary action against 4 comrades.
