However, the coordination has not been tight and effective. Specifically, the monitoring, management and supervision of party members at their place of residence is not tight; no party committee at the place of residence has requested the party committee at the place of work to review and review party members' performance of their responsibilities at their place of residence or lack of exemplary behavior in the locality.

Getting opinions from party members at their place of residence is still a formality, a form of deference, or party members have to go back and forth many times to get comments from the party cell at their place of residence.

Based on the functions and political tasks of each agency, at the conference, the two sides discussed and agreed on the coordination program for the 2021 - 2025 period with two key contents on Party building work and implementing the city's movements.

The two sides will also study and innovate the way of collecting comments from party members at their place of residence to ensure substance and positive impact on the implementation of party members' responsibilities at their place of residence.

Regarding the content of coordination in implementing movements, the two sides agreed to strengthen coordination in building cultural agencies and units, building civilized urban lifestyles, office culture, including the implementation of the city's tasks at each time and moment to serve major events and holidays in the area, ensuring that provincial agencies are "bright, green, clean, and beautiful"; coordinate in implementing military, defense and security tasks at provincial agencies...

In addition to the above two key coordination contents, the two sides also set out coordination contents related to strengthening the roles and responsibilities of provincial departments and branches under the Provincial Agencies Party Committee in performing the tasks of building Vinh city into the center of the North Central region.
