The Party Committee of the Business Bloc trains in preparation for organizing the grassroots Party Congress, term 2025-2030
On the morning of October 25, the Party Committee of Nghe An Province's Business Bloc opened a training conference to guide the preparation and organization of grassroots Party congresses for the 2025-2030 term.
At the conference, nearly 200 delegates, including members of the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc, members of the Standing Committee, members of the Inspection Committee, cadres and experts of the Party Committee of the Bloc; secretaries and deputy secretaries of the Party Committees; comrades in charge of Party affairs and cadres in charge of Party finance of affiliated units, were informed of the contents related to the preparation and organization of the grassroots Party Congress. The contents include: Instructions on drafting congress documents; personnel work and election of Party Committees; inspection and supervision work serving the congress; instructions on document formats, preparing congress records and the expenditure regime for organizing grassroots congresses for the 2025-2030 term...
Accordingly, the grassroots Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term has the following tasks: Summarizing the implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congresses and Party Cells for the 2020-2025 term and determining the directions, goals, targets, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and documents of the directly superior Party Congress; electing Party Committees; electing delegates to attend the superior Party Congress...
The grassroots party committees and branches shall, based on the approved schedule and time of the congress as announced by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc, proactively prepare the contents and conditions to well organize the grassroots party congress; complete the congress for the 2025-2030 term before June 15, 2025. The units selected to organize the model congress shall complete it before February 25, 2025.
The conference also took time to discuss and answer questions of concern to grassroots Party committees during the preparation and organization of the congress, especially the preparation of congress documents, the development of a personnel plan and implementation of personnel procedures, and the establishment of congress archives...
Speaking at the conference, comrade Ngo Dinh Vien - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee praised the serious participation of the delegates, the preparation and presentation of the reporters; he emphasized that the preparation and organization of the grassroots Party congresses must be led and directed by Party committees at all levels in accordance with the Party's regulations and principles, especially the principle of democratic centralism; fully promoting the role and responsibility of Party committees and heads of Party committees at all levels; ensuring safety, practicality and efficiency.
He requested that units closely follow Directive 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo; Circular No. 09-TT/TU dated September 10, 2024 "On Party Congresses at all levels" and Instruction No. 26-HD/DUK dated October 23, 2024 of the Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc and directives and instructions of competent authorities related to the congress work for the 2025-2030 term for implementation, in which it is necessary to immediately issue a congress plan, decide on departments serving the congress, assign tasks, pay special attention to immediately reviewing personnel preparation work, work on determining goals and key targets for the new term, associated with implementing emulation movements to welcome party congresses at all levels,...
At the same time, it is necessary to complete well the key tasks in 2024, paying attention to admitting new party members; preparing to implement the review, summary, and classification (to be completed in November 2024), associated with the development of the 2025 work program; continuing to effectively implement the program to support the poor and people with housing difficulties according to Official Dispatch No. 102 of the Prime Minister; Directive 21 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; effectively implementing the regime and policies for workers as well as the social security program at the end of the year.
