Nghe An Business Bloc Party Committee responds to 'Tree Planting Festival to forever remember Uncle Ho'
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 15, at the Bara Nam Dan Headquarters Construction Management Station, the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee coordinated to launch the "Tree Planting Festival to forever remember Uncle Ho" Spring of Giap Thin year 2024.
Attending the activity were comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc; representatives of the Party Committee and leaders of a number of enterprises in the Bloc.
At the launching ceremony of the program "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho", the Party Committee of the Bloc called on all cadres, party members and workers to actively respond and participate in tree planting, striving for "Each party member and worker to plant and take care of at least 1 tree".
Party committees and grassroots Party organizations under their management proactively coordinate with localities and units across the province to organize and respond to the "Tree Planting Festival" to meet the goal of increasing forest cover, while at the same time, implementing afforestation work well in the spirit of Directive No. 10-CT/TU, dated October 5, 2021 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Planting trees and afforestation contributes to protecting the ecological environment, responding to climate change, and completing the task of planting 1 billion trees in the 2021-2025 period.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee and the Party Committee, the leadership, together with cadres, party members and workers of the units participated in planting new trees at the Bara Nam Dan Station area./.
