Bai Dai is a residential area located at the end of Mon Son commune, bordering Cao Veu village, Phuc Son commune (Anh Son district). Located more than 30 km from the district center, Bai Dai has 22 households living there, traffic as well as economic conditions here are still very difficult.
In the past, to have access to the national grid, households here contributed money and labor to bring electricity to light up. However, due to the long and weak power lines, each family could only use one light bulb. In addition, the electric poles were mainly made of bamboo and rattan, which were often knocked down by wind and rain, causing broken wires, endangering people.
