In the recent recruitment, Do Luong had 19 people participating in the 2017 commune-level civil servant recruitment; of which 13 people were recruited with professional qualifications, 9 of whom graduated from regular university, including 1 master's degree and 4 people with intermediate level.
Of the 13 people recruited this time, 3 are commune police chiefs, 1 is commune military commander; 2 are Finance - Accounting; 2 are Office - Statistics; 3 are Culture; 2 are Land Administration.
