Speeding up the progress of A2 apartment building on Lenin Avenue

(Baonghean.vn) - Apartment building A2 on Le Nin Avenue (invested by Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 30) is being completed for handover to customers at the end of 2017.

The high-rise apartment project on the East side of Le Nin Avenue - Vinh City is being implemented on schedule by Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 30. Building A2 is 14 floors high and has 1 basement, one of the works in the project, which the investor is focusing on constructing.

With the attention and support of all levels and sectors and the efforts of the investor, the A2 apartment building project is now in the completion stage (painting, tiling, and installing electricity, water, and fire protection systems). The building includes 130 apartments and other ancillary works.

One of the highlights of the apartments in the A2 apartment building is that they are designed to be airy, the main door and the bedroom doors have frames and doors made of natural wood, which are steamed and dried to prevent termites, ensuring no warping. The windows are made of high-quality aluminum and fitted with safety glass.

Each apartment is equipped with a smoke alarm and automatic fire sprinkler system. The apartments are equipped with Internet, cable TV and other telecommunication services. In the corridors and elevator areas from floors 2 to 14, there are security cameras for the building and 24/7 security guards... With these outstanding features, the A2 apartment building has 95 customers registered to invest.

It is expected that the A2 apartment building will be handed over to customers by the end of 2017 according to the commitment and apartment purchase contract with customers. Currently, Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 30 is continuing to invest in the construction of the A4 apartment building with 14 floors and 1 basement.
