Notice of capital contribution for construction of raw housing at the project and completion of documents to be eligible for procedures for granting certificates of land use rights and house ownership (2nd time)
Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 30 (Investor) would like to send our best wishes and sincere greetings to our customers. Thank you for accompanying us in the process of investing in the construction of the Apartment Building Project east of Le Nin Avenue, Hamlet 20, Nghi Phu Commune and the High-rise, Townhouse and Villa Project south of Nguyen Viet Xuan Street, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
Recently, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Decision No. 3445/QD.UBND dated October 24, 2023 approving the results of the inspection of compliance with the law on investment, construction and land of a number of housing construction investment projects in Nghe An province in 2022. The investor has repeatedly sent notices, contacted, invited to work, organized customer conferences... about the construction of raw houses, but up to now, there are still some customers who have not completed the procedures and have not contributed capital. Now the investor notifies customers with the following content:
1. The investor will carry out the rough construction and finish the exterior of the house according to the basic design approved by the competent authority and will send a notice to the customer about the payable amounts such as: Rough construction and exterior finishing costs, bank interest, late payment costs (if any) and other costs as prescribed.
2. After 30 days from the date of completion of the rough construction and exterior finishing work, if the customer fails to fulfill his financial obligations, the Investor shall proactively transfer the project to another customer to recover the debt and return the amount the customer contributed after deducting the costs related to the time of transfer.
