According to reporters, on the morning of November 1, on Lenin Avenue, there were many machines and workers focused on construction items such as paving the road surface, laying underground cables, drainage ditches...

However, during rush hour there is still a long traffic jam. Vehicles have difficulty moving on this route.

Ảnh: Q.A

The representative of the construction unit said: Lenin Avenue is a major road, with many agencies, units, and businesses, so the traffic volume during rush hours is very large. At the construction sites, warning signs have been posted, ropes have been stretched, and at the same time, forces have been assigned to be on duty to guide people, however, congestion is inevitable.
