The Government's approval of Project 17 is in line with the sentiments of the people of the whole country for the benefit of the whole country in the cause of building our country.

Building new rural areas has no other goal than to improve people's material and spiritual life, taking people as the target.
Improving the material and spiritual life of the people cannot be done at once, not just in 5 years, 10 years but building a new rural area is a huge and long-term revolution of the whole Party and the whole people because after the model new rural area, there will be a higher step, associated with modern civilized urban areas. That requires us to persevere step by step, develop step by step.
We are happy that Nam Dan's development map is increasingly beautified, becoming a cultural and tourist destination for domestic and international visitors.
I think that the core of building a model new rural area is to have rural areas linked to urban areas. So, to build a new rural area linked to urban civilization, the people must be the main subject. The people are the ones who directly participate in production, road building, house building, gardening, environmental sanitation and maintaining the cultural character of Nam Dan people.
