Proposal to have specific retirement age for preschool teachers
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 26, National Assembly deputies of delegation group No. 3 met with voters in Tan Son commune, Quynh Tam, Quynh Luu district (Nghe An) after the 9th session of the 14th National Assembly.

Through following the sessions and sharing with delegates, voters expressed their confidence in the role of the National Assembly in deciding important issues of the country; at the same time, they made many recommendations related to many other contents.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Quynh Tam commune said that the management and collection of electricity bills are still inadequate when electricity prices are calculated by levels; the power grid infrastructure in the commune is degraded; and the school facilities in the area are difficult.
Mr. Hai also suggested that there should be a specific retirement age for preschool teachers. Due to the nature of the profession, if teachers only retire at this age, it will lead to difficulties in their professional skills.

Voter Hoang Van Ngoc - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Quynh Tam commune proposed to soon pay compensation to people directly participating in the work of hamlets and villages according to Decision No. 14/2020/QD-UBND dated May 27, 2020 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the level of compensation and the process of implementing the level of compensation for people directly participating in the work of hamlets, blocks and villages in the province.
In addition, those who participate in village and hamlet work are entitled to receive back pay for the period from the beginning of 2020 to the effective date of this Decision, June 10, 2020.

Mr. Ho Van Nang, Tan Son commune, also shared the same opinion, and suggested that the allowance for village and hamlet officials should be increased because after the merger, the population size increased. "I share, but my wife and children do not agree," the Secretary and Head of Hamlet 6, Tan Son commune said, adding that the salary in the hamlet is low and the pressure is high.
Voters of Tan Son and Quynh Tam communes also made many recommendations on agricultural development, especially being extremely concerned about the increasing number of farmers abandoning their fields; finding solutions to bring agricultural insurance into life; finding solutions to solve output for agricultural products; having policies to support fertilizers for agriculture;...
In addition, voters proposed other contents such as: The work of granting land use right certificates in Tan Son commune is still slow; upgrading some traffic routes;...
Representatives of relevant departments, branches and Quynh Luu district responded to related issues. Regarding the increasing trend of farmers abandoning their fields, Chairman of Quynh Luu District People's Committee Hoang Van Bo said that after reviewing, the summer-autumn and winter-spring crops in the district had 465/7,300 hectares of unproductive areas. The reasons for difficulties such as water resources and uncompensated production costs made people not interested, and the majority of production workers were elderly people.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district said that the district has focused on directing the review of each field; accordingly, areas with difficulties in production will be converted to crops, and areas that can be produced but are not cultivated by the people will be leased to organizations for production.
However, the head of Quynh Luu district government suggested that, in addition to the efforts of the Party Committee and government, farmers need to change their production thinking towards linkage and safe products to have better output.

Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee Office Nguyen Dac Vinh responded to voters' recommendations, including the need for specific retirement ages for teachers, and the Labor Code (amended) assigning the Government to stipulate a list of specific occupations. The provincial National Assembly delegation received voters' opinions to recommend the Government to consider.
Regarding voters' recommendations, delegate Nguyen Dac Vinh suggested that all levels and sectors focus on resolving issues that can be resolved immediately for the people; issues that cannot be resolved need to be reviewed and calculated for resolution.
